What is the turnaround time for my order?
Turnaround time varies according to the product and/or service requested. Please note that the following service times are estimated:
Mounting: 5 - 7 business days.
Finish with stones: 7 - 15 business days.
How will my orders be shipped?
You may request UPS, FEDEX, or USPS (Next Day, 2nd Day, or Ground).
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship overseas. For Canada & United Kingdom we use G4S through UPS & FEDEX. Shipping and insurance charges will be determined based on the value of the product. The shipping method for other international orders can be determined based on shipping address & shipping charges. All custom levies and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you sell GIA certified diamonds?
Yes, all 0.30 cts & above stones supplied and/or used by us are GIA certified. Stone and prices are available upon request.
Do you sell your engagement rings with and without center stone?
Yes, we sell our engagement rings with and without center stone.
The center stone of engagement rings shown on the website are diamond?
No. The center stones of engagement rings are CZ's (cubic zirconium).
Do you keep your products in stock?
No. We manufacture everything on order.
Can I send you my customer's stones to use in a product?
YES. However you need to call us prior to shipping & obtain a Reference ID which must be marked on the packet.
