Cancellations & Returns
CANCELLATION POLICY
- At Orefice Jewels all orders are manufactured on receipt of confirmed order.
- Once an Order has been submitted to Orefice Jewels, the customer needs to send an email for cancellation requests at returns@oreficejewels.com
- The Company will accept cancellation requests for orders placed on the same calendar date as the Cancellation Date before 3pm EST (New York Time).
- For any cancellations beyond the Order Date, there will be Cancellation Charges of US$25.00 for Gold and US$40.00 for Platinum.
- Cancellations will not be accepted for orders once they have been shipped.
RETURN POLICY
At Orefice Jewels, we strive to deliver the best product, manufactured as per your specifications. Each of our Products goes through stringent quality checks before being shipped to you. However if a Jewelry product is defective, we will gladly take it back for Exchange.
- For any Returns the customer must notify Orefice Jewels Inc. within 20 days of receipt of Product. We will arrange with the customer for an exchange of the defective product.
- When returning an item, please contact our Customer Service Department torequest a RA (Return Authorization) number.

- Please note obtaining an RA number does not guarantee the acceptance of returned item.
- Customers must include a copy of the original invoice and reason for the return of merchandise. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all applicable paperwork contained in it.
Merchandise must be securely packed to prevent any damage in transit. Orefice Jewels will not be responsible for any damage in transit.
- Defected items will be inspected by Orefice Jewels Inc. Once the item/s have been inspected and confirmed, the item/s may be exchanged.
- Products designed and manufactured on specifications provided by the customer will not be accepted for Return.
- Jewelry that is cut, manufactured or altered as per the customer’s specification will not be eligible for return. Orefice is also not responsible for returns that may get damaged in transit.
- Merchandise received after 30 days of the Invoice Date will be subject to a processing fee of 15%.
